    What are the payment methods accepted at the clinic?

    We accept self-pay and some major health insurances.

    At the clinic, what health insurances do you accept?

    We accept the following health insurances at this time: Medicare, United Healthcare/Optum, Aetna, ComPsych, and Humana.

    Can I still see you if you are out-of-network?

    Yes! Payment for these services are due at time of service.

    How do I schedule an appointment?

    What do I need to know before my first appointment is scheduled?

    Shortly after your first appointment is scheduled, you will receive a link to your email for an invite to join our secure patient portal. Once you set up an account for the portal, you will be able to see your appointment, and fill out the associated paperwork. It should take between 5-20 minutes to finish, and you will be ready for your first appointment!

    What if I need to reschedule an appointment?

    Rescheduling an appointment is easy. You can either send us a message through the secure patient portal or you can call us at

    904-229-5038. We ask that you give us 24 business hours before your appointment if you will need to cancel or reschedule so that we have a little time to offer that slot to another patient if needed. Last minute cancellations will be discussed in the first session.
